Hi there, and welcome to GreenBurgh. My name is Heather Ferguson and I am the site's creator. I am fourth year journalism student at Edinburgh Napier University and I have created this platform for my final university project.

I personally believe that green spaces should be celebrated and valued as an important and essential part of the urban landscape. The fact that Edinburgh has the most green space of any UK city should be more widely known.
